The Evangelism Ministry of Rising Star Baptist Church is founded upon two scriptures wherein inMatthews 28:19-20 Jesus calls every believer in Christ to the ministry of the gospel of good news. Inorder to be in obedience to the command to go and make disciples it is understood in Romans 10:14-15that the believer cannot believe unless they hear the witness and testimony of a believer in Jesus Christ.

You Can Make a Difference
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can theybelieve in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching tothem? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feetof those who bring good news!”
Outreach vs Evangelism Ministry
What's the Difference?
There is a difference between “Outreach Ministry” – which is meeting the need of a person and“Evangelism Ministry” – which is sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will use every opportunity toshare the gospel of Jesus Christ.
